Nurses Oklahoma Staffing Nurses and Aides have:
- Required License
- verification of license is completed
- Up to date TB test
- Valid CPR Card
- ACLS and PALs as required
- Full Shot Records including:
- MMR (2 shots or titer)
- Varicella (2 shots or titer)
- Tdap (renewed every 10 years)
- Hep B shots (series of 3) or declination
- Identification- social security and drivers license
- Comply with I9 requirements
- References and/or employment verification obtained
- Background Checks
- OK Screen procedures followed for employment eligibility for all Long Term Care Aides
- Pre Employment & random drug testing
- Successful completion of all required Nurse Competency Testing (see details below)
